The legal seminar hosted by JC&Company was held at the Founder Space to provide the informative lectures for Korean startups.
Many Korean startups that have not been familiar with the legal issues and related difficulties, which may arise in the beginning stage to launch their business in the U.S., successfully obtained the legal advice and tips to start the business in the U.S. taught by the U.S. corporate lawyer with 100+ startup experience. Mainly, this seminar was geared toward breaking down the common legal issues Korean startups may face with and the major types of visa for stakeholders in an easy-to-understand format. Also, the attendees had a chance to discuss their concerns with our partner, John Chung, as mentoring sessions were provided after the seminar.
